Department Objectives

• Bring in eight new participants each month
• Obtain needed resources for participants and their families
• Work cooperatively with the community and service agencies on behalf of participants.

What We Do

•  Maximize psychosocial functioning of participants.
• Support caregivers
  
• Advocate for participants to    have satisfying lives, lived with respect and adequate resources for health and basic needs
  
• Assist in obtaining services     such as in-home care, paratransit, financial and  health benefits
  
• Short-term, supportive counseling
  
• Home visits to discuss the center's services
  
• Reach out to seniors to offer ADHC services throughout the community.
• Maintain people to live in the community, safely, for as long as possible.
