• Increase clients' participation in day care
• Increase clients' knowledge of disease processes

• Promote healthy lifestyles
• Introduce information about  alternative therapies as well as self-help strategies 
• Teach preventive methods

Nursing Services

• Expert medical monitoring and problem-solving
• Educating participants and caregivers about health issues
  
• Referrals to other providers-- physicians dentists, and other specialty services
• Coordination with multiple providers for each participant
• Opportunities to change   medical providers as necessary
