Welcome to  Bayview Hunters Point Adult Day Health Center! 

 We are a community center dedicated to finding solutions and improving the lives of our participants and their families. 

 Through activities such as choir, arts and crafts, support groups, exercise & movement, and regular seminars, our participants maintain a positive and engaging relationship with their peers and the community.

In addition, Bayview Hunters Point Adult Day Health Center offers services, a support system, and community to thoses individuals and families areing for loved ones.  We want everyone to thrive! 

Our facility has full medical capability and each staff member has acquired at the minimum a certified nursing assistant license.  Participants attend daily programs at our center, and we arrange transportation to our facility for Medi-Cal beneficiaries, and the cost is covered.  We offer sliding scale fees for those unable to qualify for Medi-Cal.

 Bayview Hunters Point Adult Day Health Center has been serving the community since 1971.  Our center has been helping participants and their families maintain independence and positive, meaningful relationships.  We invite you to experience what Bayview Hunters Point Adult Day has to offer.
